Workshop for members of the Committee for Gender Equality of Municipality of Stari Jankovci 

Stari Jankovci – Workshop for members of the Committee for Gender Equality of Municipality of Stari Jankovci Women’s Association Vukovar organized two workshops for members of the newly established Committee for Gender Equality of Municipality of Stari Jankovci. The objective of the workshops was empowerment and education of members of the Committee for work on gender equality mainstreaming in the area of Municipality of Stari Jankovci. The themes of the workshops were the legislative frameworks and policies for gender equality mainstreaming in the Republic of Croatia, and advocacy and relations with media. The workshops were led by Ms. Ivana Curkovic, mr.sc., Secretary of Committee of Gender Equality of Vukovar-Srijem County and Ms. Marija Molnar, journalist with Croatian Radio Vukovar.

Stari Jankovci – Workshop for members of the Committee for Gender Equality of Municipality of Stari Jankovci The workshop was organized within the project “Promoting Gender Equality in Vukovar-Srijem County by Supporting Establishment of City/Municipal Commissions for Gender Equality”, financially supported by the World Bank Croatia Office. The project is implemented by Women’s Association Vukovar in cooperation with municipalities of Stari Jankovci and Tovarnik, and the City of Vukovar.
