Representatives of Women's Association Vukovar participated in the public discussion forum “Work on prevention of violence against women” organized by the Association for Peace and Human Rights “Baranja” of Bilje in cooperation with Centre for Social Welfare of Beli Manastir.
The public discussion, organized as an activity within the Social and Economic Recovery project – subproject “Pilot Project for Empowerment of Women of Rural Areas in Prevention of Violence against Women and Establishment of Support Teams”, was attended by representatives of Office for Gender Equality of the Government of Croatia and organization CESI of Zagreb.
The Coordinator of Women’s Association Vukovar, Ms. Ružica Mandić, participated as one of presenters and at that occasion she held a presentation related to work of safe house.
